The final decision to grant a visa rests with an officer of the Hong Kong immigration department and the Hong Kong Visa Application center cannot be held liable or asked to refund the visa consultancy fee in case of refusal of visa application.

All payments to Hong Kong Visa Application Center will be shown as payment to HKUS Limited on the bank statement.

No visa holder is allowed to visit any prohibited areas in Hong Kong irrespective of the visa type.
