Hong Kong Visa Center Terms and Conditions

Submission of application and payment of fees does not guarantee approval of visa. The final decision to grant a visa rests with an officer of the Hong Kong immigration department and the Hong Kong Visa Application center cannot be held liable or asked to refund the visa consultancy fee in case of refusal of visa application.

The legal name of Hong Kong Visa Application Center is HKUS Limited [Flat/RN 273-275 2/F HOI TAI FACTORY ESTATE KIN FAT STREET TUENMUN NT] which is a private company registered in Hong Kong SAR. All payments to Hong Kong Visa Application Center will be shown as payment to HKUS Limited on the bank statement.

No visa holder is allowed to visit any prohibited areas in Hong Kong irrespective of the visa type.

No visas will be granted to foreigners of the following description, and their applications will be rejected straightaway:

  • Persons of unsound mind
  • Destitutes
  • Smugglers, Purveyors of contraband goods
  • Persons whose antecedents justify the apprehension that their presence in Hong Kong would be prejudicial to the interests of the country.

Any foreigner can obtain a visa electronically after providing the requisite information and paying with a credit or debit card.

The Concerned Authorities reserve the right to change and/or shut down the Hong Kong Visa Application Center without providing any prior notice.

The Concerned Authorities may refuse to provide the Hong Kong Visa Application Center services to any person without giving a reason, in particular to prevent fraud or anti-state activity or to comply with any applicable law, order of court or requirement of any regulatory or government authority.

The Concerned Authorities will not be held accountable in case of credit card misuse on the Hong Kong Visa Application Center website. Credit card owners are responsible for the security of their credit card data while using it at the Hong Kong Visa Application Center website.

The Hong Kong Visa Application Center does its best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, the Hong Kong Visa Application Center does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, complete, accurate, and error-free. Immigration Department often changes its requirements and fees without prior warning, and changes can take effect immediately.

The Concerned Authorities reserve the right to cancel any visa application without providing any reason or notification for doing so. In case of a cancellation, the Visa application fee shall not be refunded.

The Concerned Authorities shall log all applicant activity on the Hong Kong Visa Application Center website for the purpose of security and usage monitoring. Unauthorized usage may lead to criminal prosecution.

Users are responsible for the security of their Hong Kong Visa Application Center account usernames and password.

The Hong Kong Visa Application Center website is hosted in Hong Kong. These terms are governed by the law in force in Hong Kong and any dispute about these terms or the contents of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong and the courts of appeal from them.

The Concerned Authorities may request additional documents (if necessary) before the application will be processed.

The Concerned Authorities do not accept responsibility for:

  • Any losses or delays in the transmission of information online due to the user’s Internet Service Provider and/or browser and/or third-party software.
  • Any failure in the Hong Kong Visa Application Center communication infrastructure which cannot reasonably be considered to be under our control and may affect the accuracy and/or timelines of online transactions as carried out by its users.
  • The services provided to users by the credit card issuer and its effect on the use of their credit card on the Hong Kong Visa Application Center website.
  • Viruses/malware introduced by third parties during online usage of the Hong Kong Visa Application Center.
  • Any unauthorized use or interception of any online activity or information before it reaches the Concerned authorities facility.
  • Any unauthorized use of or access to data relating to applicants or their transactions that are stored at the Concerned Authorities (unless such use or access is caused by Concerned Authorities’ negligence, fraud, or failure to comply with laws relating to the protection of the applicant data).
  • The applicant’s credit card issuer.
